The sheep help to cut down the grass before breaking ground.

The 2000 m² field in Scotland is still being grazed by sheep. Whitmuir Farm will break ground this weekend and mark out the ground. Hopefully with a bit of support from the local community.

The 2000 m² field in Whitmuir, Scotland soon will grow vegetables for the local grade school.

The first crops are already planted in a polytunnel and will be transplanted to the 2000 m² field later. Currently the people at Whitmuir Farm are working on a big wall chart to display the planting plan. The crops will be harvested and cooked by the students of the local grade school. We are looking forward to see the their choice of crops…
