A Weltacker in Nürtingen

At the Nürtingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU), there is an experimental Global Field on the university’s extension site. This Weltacker is primarily used for the education of the university’s own students. The Global Field is currently on hiatus – but is soon to be cultivated again. Perhaps an educational project will also grow here, which will also develop offers for the public.

The crops on the Weltacker are (co-)cultivated and cared for by the students. There are other fields around the Weltacker, for example with exciting experiments on mixed crops. You can get an impression here in the video:
